Kitsap Community Resources' (KCR) mission is to create hope and opportunity for low-income Kitsap County residents by providing resources that promote self-sufficiency.

If you and your children are living in your car, KCR and Kitsap County have established a SAFE PARKING LOT for overnight stays.
