The Gold Mountain Golf Complex is owned and operated by the City of Bremerton Parks & Recreation Department. It is 360 acres and is open to the public every day from sun up to dusk. Golf Mountain Golf Complex is a full-service golf facility. The site includes two 18-hole championship golf courses, four practice putting greens, a 70-yard chipping area to a target green, two bunker practice areas, a 100-yard wide natural grass practice tee/driving range, a private covered teaching studio, and a 10,000 foot Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has a spacious discount pro shop offering a wide variety of equipment and apparel for the golfing enthusiast. Tucker's Restaurant is the focal point of the Clubhouse with spectacular views of the Olympic Course - a perfect place to stop in before teeing off or after a round. Adjacent is the Olympic Pavilion - a spacious banquet room ideal for weddings and special events.
There are two courses at Gold Mountain. The Cascade Course opened in August 1971 and the Olympic Course opened in September 1996. Award winning architect John Harbottle designed the Olympic Course which has won numerous awards, and has consistently ranked #1 in Washington State. The complex hosted the 81st Annual U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship in 2006.
