- Family Self-Sufficiency
A program to set goals and obtain the skills needed to achieve financial independence and the pride that goes with it. - First-Time Homebuyer's Class
A 5-hour course to prepare you for home ownership and familiarize you with the home buying process and programs. Certificates awarded upon completion. This course is fulfills the City of Bremerton Down Payment Assistance Program Homebuyer Education requirement. - Down Payment Assistance
Financial Assistance for the first-time homebuyer, for income eligible applicants. - Mutual Self-Help Construction
Income-eligible participants build their own and each other's homes as a group, with lots of assistance and training from KCCHA.

- House Key State Bond Loan Program

This is a down payment assistance second-mortgage program for qualified borrowers. In Kitsap County, funds up to $5,000 are loaned at 5% interest rate for a term of 10 years. Visit the WSHFC's House Key Plus Program site for details about the program. - Home Choice
This is a down payment assistance second mortgage program for qualified borrowers who have a disability or a family member with a disability living with them.
